BigYawn 3D produces and sells 3D printed products in the United Kingdom. Some products are printed to order and produced in small batches.

We may suspend access where misuse is detected.

3. Products

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen and material differences

  • 3D printed items may show minor layer lines or print characteristics

  • Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances

These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and not considered defects.

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • A contract is formed once the order is accepted and processed

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where necessary (for example, pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud)

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Payment must be completed before dispatch

  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal)

  • We do not store payment card details

Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Production and dispatch

Many items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on workload and batch scheduling. Estimated dispatch times are provided where possible but are not guaranteed.

7. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and location. Once dispatched, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered.

8. Returns and refunds

In summary:

  • Faulty or incorrect goods are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days (conditions apply)

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be returned unless faulty
