BigYawn 3D is part of BigYawn Media and represents the studio’s physical production work, focused on small batch 3D prints produced in the UK. The aim is simple: create well made, reliable products with care and consistency, following the same principles that guide all BigYawn projects.

The operation began in June 2025 with a small print smallholding. It started as a compact, hands on setup designed around dependable output, repeatable processes, and consistent finish quality. That foundation now supports the next stage, with plans to expand into a larger print farm to increase capacity while keeping full control over quality.

Production is built around Bambu P1S printers chosen for reliability and clean results. Material choice is equally important. We primarily use SUNLU and Bambu PLA filaments, selected for consistent behaviour, strong finish, and dependable colour across the range.

Designs come from two sources. Some are created in house and developed specifically for our own product lines. Others are carefully selected from independent designers whose work meets our standards. Where external designs are used, proper licensing and credit are always provided on the relevant product pages.

BigYawn 3D is built with long term stability in mind. The focus is not mass production but controlled, reliable growth. Print properly, ship reliably, and improve with each cycle.
